Small Group Training

Small group sessions are training sessions that include up to 4 players. This makes this type of training excellent for teammates who have to link together in a game (e.g. the back 4 defenders), or friends who are a similar age and ability who want to improve technically together! Being in an environment with other players adds in a competitive edge, meaning majority of players are more likely to push themselves harder. It also allows the coaches to design more game related scenarios. 

At AJ 1-2-1 Coaching we like to work on the main aspects of the game, these are shown below. Unless there is a specific part of your game you would like to improve then the sessions will be built up of the topics below: 

- Brain Training / Awareness

- Shooting

- Weak Foot

- First Touch

- Dribbling / Ball Manipulation

- Positional Awareness

- Confidence

- Balance / Co-Ordination
